Our founder, Mr. Dariush Shahnavaz, graduated from the RWTH Aachen University in Germany with a Master's Degree in Civil Engineer in 1990. In 1994, he and his family immigrated to the United States where he continued his education at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, earning a second Master's Degree in Construction Management. After graduation, Mr. Shahnavaz worked as an associate project manager and scheduler in Chicago, leading numerous multi- million dollar projects. After moving to California in the early 2000s, he obtained numerous construction licenses, including construction license A and B. After working as a scheduler and project manager for numerous years, Mr. Shahnavaz founded Dash Construction Company, Inc. in 2005. Since our formation, we have completed hundreds of projects covering both the residential and the public sectors. Over the past 17 years, Dash has obtained additional California state license classifications. As a result, Dash is often capable of rendering a one-stop construction service to its clients, performing virtually all general and subcontractor requirements with its own staff and crew.
